At TennisNetPro, we aim to provide fast, reliable, and cost-effective shipping to ensure that you receive your tennis, pickleball, and padel equipment as quickly as possible. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.


Shipping Options

We offer a range of shipping options to suit your needs, including:

Standard Shipping:
Delivered within 5-7 business days depending on your location. This option is perfect for customers who are not in a hurry and want the most cost-effective delivery service.

Express Shipping:
Delivered within 1-3 business days. This option is ideal for those who need their products quickly, whether for an upcoming match or a last-minute purchase.

Overnight Shipping:
Available for urgent orders that must be delivered the next business day. Available for select items and locations only.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and size of your order. When you check out, shipping fees will be automatically calculated and displayed before you finalize your purchase. We offer the following:

Free Standard Shipping: Available for orders over $99 within Canada.
Flat Rate Shipping: For orders under the threshold for free shipping, we offer a flat rate based on the destination.
Express and Overnight Rates: Additional charges will apply for express and overnight shipping options.

🚫 Free Shipping Exclusions:
Please note that orders containing only tennis balls are excluded from free shipping offers. Due to the weight and size of ball packages relative to their price, shipping costs apply when tennis balls are purchased alone. Free shipping will still apply if balls are included with other qualifying products in the same order.

Items on sale are not eligible for free standard shipping, regardless of order value.

Whether you're located in Montreal, Toronto, Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Ottawa, Halifax, Winnipeg, Quebec City, or anywhere in between, TennisNetPro delivers directly to your doorstep.

We ship to:

· All Canadian provinces: Quebec, Ontario, British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, and Prince Edward Island.
· Territories: We also ship to Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut.

We work with reliable national carriers to ensure your orders arrive safely and on time, no matter where in Canada you live.

Processing Time

Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receiving your payment.
Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days are eligible for same-day shipping (excluding weekends and holidays).


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email so you can track your package. You can also check the status of your shipment directly through the courier's website.


Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, please note that there may be occasional delays due to:

  • Weather Conditions: Severe weather or natural disasters can impact shipping times.

  • Courier Delays: Sometimes, couriers may experience delays, especially during peak seasons or holidays.

  • Customs (for international shipping): Any international orders may experience delays due to customs processing.

We will notify you if there are any significant delays with your order.


Signature Requirements

Some high-value items may require a signature upon delivery to ensure safe and secure delivery. If a signature is required, the courier will leave a notice if you are unavailable, and you can arrange for a re-delivery.


Incorrect Shipping Information

It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. If there is an error in the shipping address provided, please contact us as soon as possible to correct it. TennisNetPro is not responsible for delays or additional fees due to incorrect shipping information.


Shipping Issues

If your order is missing, lost, or damaged during transit:

  • Missing Items: Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to report missing items.

  • Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days with photos of the damaged product and packaging.

  • Lost Packages: If your tracking shows the package is lost, we will investigate and assist you with the claim process.


Local Pick-Up Option

We offer a local pick-up option for orders of $50+ and if you live within 10 km of the store near the Lachine area. If you would prefer to pick up your order in-store, please select the "Pickup In Store" option during checkout. We will notify you when your order is ready for pickup.
